got a email today at 5:04 CST saying my items were backordered and they would be back in stock in the next week or two as they already ordered them, we'll see what happens. this isn't necessarily a setback as sometimes people do run out of stock. if in a week or two i dont have them or some info i will consider it my first issue with them

this is what it said exactly


"Brian,

Your order has been received, however these control arm bushing kits have
been a very hot seller, and are currently backordered, but we should be
receiving them in the next week or two. We already had them on order, but
quite a few have already been presold. Please let us know if you would like
to keep them on order, if so you will definitely be in the batch that is
arriving, and they will ship as soon as we receive them.

well emailed him this morning just checking on it, got a return email this afternoon.

i asked him what the update was, this was the response.

"Still anxiously waiting. We have a pretty good number coming, but a good portion are sold already since we have been out for a few weeks now. These are hard to get a hold of in quantities, we can never get enough unfortunately."

Sent an email out this AM (17APR) to get a follow-up on the backordered bushings.
Will post findings when I get a response.

well got a email this morning that says.....

"I think this next batch is going to be all gone at this point, I have so many backorders!!! =\ That’s a good thing though, but I just hate not having the stuff I need onhand."

so now im waiting on a return email to find out when i will be getting mine then

I ordered 2 sets of control arm bushings (one for me and one for my brother) on 4/4/10. I received a follow up email similar to the one sakataj received on 4/5/10. I followed up around 4/14/10 have not heard back from them yet.

I'm putting off doing my L-tuned springs and struts until I get the bushings.

My BCR coilovers should be here end of the week, so hopefully im in this batch and can get these soon. I just sent an email as well.

No, yours will be in the next batch for sure, but we have so many people simply inquiring, they might be left out. But that’s not your problem =)

i for some reason had a brain fart and didnt understand and emailed him and asked him if i was for sure in or out and got this email back quickly

"No word yet, we are simply waiting.
Towards the end of the week might be a possibility, but no way to tell. We will keep you posted.

I'm not worried I won't get them. Just would like to know so I can setup some time off to redo my suspension

The wait is killing me. I have ball joints, tie rods on the shelf waiting to go on and BC Coilovers that will be here monday...

Brian, you should have waited on your first order...It takes a while! Dude needs to put on his website when they are backordered/how many are in stock. The steering rack bushings come in REAL QUICK, but for some reason he can't get these stocked.

Then again, if Toyota made the bushings properly, or would do a TSB on them, we'd not have this problem, now would we? LOL

Anybody who is wanting these bushings, needs to put in an order and wait, that's the only way to get them...I've had mine sitting here for like 2 months waiting until I gather all the parts to refresh the whole front end.
