Hmm, I am not sure if that is the end application. On the IS, its two mounts on one side and a clamshell mount on the other. I gotta find a GS to crawl under now

Edit, these are the lower control arm bushings or the steering rack bushings? The link says control arm.

Yeas, I am already working on that. Its a real PITA. I will have something for you guys. Here is one that I was trying to have manufactured. This is a proto type. Its a hybrid, poly cast over steel. A true spherical joint. Still on hold with them.

Yes, thanks.

Based on how they look, its not a good replacement for the way the bushing actually gets used...especially in the caster position since its guaranteed to rotate and compress. I will get something for you guys. I have the GS arm that I bought to do this and the complete IS front. While the arm geometry is slightly different, the bushings are the same I believe. I got a plan of attack now.

The GS is REALLY prone to vibrations...this being a major cause of them...you think this would work? The Daizen's take up a LOT of the slack that the OEM rubber bushing does not. It is a HELLUVA lot beefier.

If you were to just produce these bushings, the way they are..you would make moutains of money if you can keep up with the demand, that the original manufacturer of them cannot.

Let me know if you want to borrow the bushings to work with, if not I'll throw them in my car.
