IIRC the SC TB is even bigger than the IS300 and it will not work because it's BDW you can'r use the Y plenum and the TB and the SC Y and TB will bolt up to the IS lower and upper runners.
I went thru the same that's how i know.

My IS300 always felt stronger up high I wonder if changing my SC300s runners out for the IS300 runners would improve the big end pull on the sc300 any opinions??????

The runners are identical the only difference it the TB and the Y plenum, i am using a VVTi lower and upper runner.
You can't use the TB because it BDW , and the IS will felt stronger and pull better than the SC because of the VVTi.
