Hello Folks,
I am planning to purchase the BC Racing Coilovers next week.
I would like to ask which mount should i get?
Pillow Mounts or Rubber Mounts???
What is the difference between those two??
Thanks a lot!!

People usually go with pillowball if they are looking to track their car. The pillowball is more of a performance setup and might yield a slightly stiffer ride and a little more noise. With rubber mounts, it's more street setup where it's more forgiving in terms of ride compliance (more comfy) and it won't give you any suspension noise.
Some people do use pillowball for street use, so it boils down to personal preference. Ultimately, it depends on what purpose you are trying to achieve (street vs. track).
Hope this helps

There is extremely little benefit to pillowball setups with double wishbone suspensions, like the IS. On a strut car, its part for the suspension geometry, thus why camber plates can be used. On a double wishbone, unless you are running extreme shock angles, there is no benefit. Rubber mounts are my suggestion.
