after the installation adjust the damps to 8 in the front and 5 in the rear. its not as bad anymore. yesterday i just got my 19''s in and now they are on the car. right now its sits pretty good, but i might take it down 1/2 an inch front and rear. hopefully that wont make it clunk more.

it clunks when i hit huge bumps and hear and there you hear noises....its alot better then when i first with it at 15/15.

i think i still have to figure what damps best suits me.

At first I didn't have any noises but after driving for a week or two. I started hearing the clunking noises. adjust damp, check bolts.. all the same..from what I hear this is the norm for most if not all coilovers. I love the drop but my wife hates the noise.. keeps saying I turned the car into a 93 civic. lol.

damn that sucks. Are these noises coming from coils only? Would lowering springs be a better option?

im in the same boat with you man, my car looks so much better but i loss the ride quality from the coils. when i driving and i hear these clunks it hurts to know this is happening to my brand new 10 IS. but whatever....looks sick and i accomplished what i spent the money on so i guess im 60% happy....

Quite the sacrifice in ride/handling, no longer drives like a Lexus I guess.

I wonder if this is problem is IS-specific. I know a few people with BCRs and they don't have any problems.
