Default Why is my camber off when it was fine before?

When I got my car aligned after it got lowered with new LCA/UCA bushings in the front the guy at Butler tire got the camber straight on both sides...well the car was riding funny on the HWY and to find out the steering tie rod joint was bad and I noticed it was bent after I had it out.Went to get an alignment and it went in at -1.50 and left the same on the driver side, passenger is fine..the guy said it's maxed out...so what could cause just the driver side to be -1.50 if I hadn't touched anything or the height?
