Default Stance Coilovers on!

3" left front and 4.5" left rear with spring preload just hand tight so virtually no preload which means full stroke and full strut travel.

I can't wait to put the air on the struts (I have a build thread in the suspension forums). These things have a ton of stroke so I'm hoping I can get one of the lowest out there.

They're amazing. Everything I've expected them to be and more. I was worried that the strut diameter was too thick for the Aerosport bag for the air, but it fit very snug on the strut.

Looks great! Very low How do they ride? Have you tried them on full stiff yet? If not could you do that and let me know, I'm interested in getting stances.

Thanks! They ride great. They're on full stiff currently. I love stiff suspension so this fits my tastes great. It's firm, but still cushion-y sometimes because of the huge bubbly tires on the OEM wheels...

Awesome, I love stiff suspension too. My car feels like a boat compared too my dads infiniti. If i could get it as stiff as his g35 i'd be happy.

return those stances if u are deciding to go aerostruts from UAS.
those wont work because the Stances moves the rear spring portion up top whereas stock was down bottom.
ive asked UAS and they said they can make brackets to move the bag down to the bottom again but its too much trouble and pricey.
just FYI, cuz i have stances too and was about to put bags on em. i've decided instead to use shocks and bags instead of coils and bags

You can still move the bag to the bottom if you're not afraid to cut the rear bottom strut height adjuster portion.

The overall stroke is enough to move the bag to the bottom, but you won't have much lift in the rear especially. I don't care much about lift as I want to ride as low as possible and get the lowest possible drop. I've been around air and one of my good friends has an air-ride company and does installs. I know we can make it work. :P

PS: There's quite a few people running Aerosports on coils that have the spring up top and people move the bag to the bottom. There is a SC400 roaming around with Stances and UAS.

Example:

Megans I believe on a IS300. Same concept.

Of course. Follow my build thread if you get a chance.

Here's another example; not exactly Stances and UAS, but it's also the same concept.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...air-build.html is my build thread.

It should be fairly straightforward. Just cutting the rear strut adjuster and putting the bag on it. I think the most difficult part would be to measure everything correctly so you don't run into any clearance issues and/or the stroke of the strut not being able to support the drop height. With these coils, though, there shouldn't be any problems.
