Are you running the oem wheels with the spacers? When you run the aftermarket wheels, you should use the hub centric rings. Even if you have hubcentric spacers, they aren't hubcentric to aftermarket wheels. They are meant for oem Lexus/Toyota hubs. Also what lug nuts are you using?

Make sure that your spacers to hub bolts didn't loosen up also. I know with the spacers I was running there was a 40% chance after the first 50 miles a bolt or two would loosen a bit so I always went back and retourqued after 50 or so miles.
The problem with a good majority of ebay spacers is it may be hub centric but then the outside of the bore has no lip to sit a hub centric ring on for the wheel which kind of negates the entire purpose of being hub centric

Yes running my 16's with spacers, also you guys must have missed the fact that my 18's are also hubcentric as they are 3GS rims. Circumference is almost the same (25.7" on 16's and 25.5" on 18's) all lugs torqued to 76lb. I am not a noob that just did this yesterday. ANY rims bigge than 16" seem to vibrate the **** out of the car with spacers or without for some reason. Nobody can figure it out. Also new ball joints, tie rods, studs, spaces, wheel balance, rf balance and so on..
