Default Brake Job suggestions? Dealer?

Just recently purchased an 2002 GS300 and the front brakes are at 2mm and the rear at 3mm per Lexus Dealer. It will cost about $500 for both axles. Should I have it done at the Lexus dealer or take it to the Toyota (if cheaper) or have any independant shop that works on lexus do the work?

I am in Orlando and would like to know what to expect to pay.

Thanks,

Eric
