Bumpsteer?

Bumpsteer?
Does anyone notice it with their GS?
I love the way my car rides/drives/turns etc, until I hit a line in the road, bump, etc. Then it jerks around. I get used to it if I drive it daily, but I drove my car for the first time in a week and after driving another car all week this thing is all over the place.
The car has:
Fresh alignment within stock range on F&R toe
H&R coilovers
Exact RCA on front and rear
I'm on stock GS 17" wheels and matching Yok. 235/45x17 tires
Fresh tie rod ends (inner&outer)
later model caster arms
Daizen bushings incl. steering rack bushings
It's not slammed by any means either. A little lower than the Eibach Pro-Kit I had on it before.
I was hoping this latest service would take care of it, but it hasn't, this thing requires constant correction. Its like driving with a very low tire/s, like nearly flat.
Anybody feel this? Any ideas?
I've never measured bumpsteer on this car, but I feel like that is the last resort, and I don't know of anything that would correct it for these cars.
Thanks

Static toe is within factory range. This is what I'm talking about.
