Default Out of balance/Vibration doesn't make sense?

I can't figure out what it might be but, this is the weird issue thats bothering the ish out of me.The driver side has a vibration like the wheel is out of balance peak feel at 70mph.I have 18"rims new tires balanced and alignment straight.A small clinking noise started to find out the inner tie rod was slightly bent and done.Replaced it took it to Kauffman and now the alignment is maxed out and is at -1.50?just a few months ago it was set at -0.5....Any ideas?

Try getting it road force balanced. Most likely tire was not installed correctly.

Well the car was feeling fine after new tires/balance.It wasn't until a few months ago I noticed this but,I can't understand how the camber was -0.3 with a bent inner tie rod and after fixing that adjustment was maxed and it's at -1.5?
