Go straight to BC coilovers. K Sport and Megans are the choice if you just want to 'slam' your car at minimal cost without regards to real performance. The BC cost a bit more, but at least the build quality isn't as shoddy.
well
i dunno
general use
i just wanna improve on what i have
i have the sports suspension
You're being too vague still. Who wouldn't want an improvement? If I dropped almost $1000, I would sure hope it would be 'better' than what I originally got
If you don't know what you want yet, then no one can recommend anything. Are you looking for a stiff or softer ride? Mind you, don't fall into the whole "32-way" or whatever damper setting so don't think you can just make your ride magically smooth and then turn it up to make it a track monster. Some coilovers are better than others for different purposes. There are quite a few indepth reviews you can find on this forum. I highly recommend you try getting a ride in a local CL member's car, because most threads are usually filled with "[coilover brand] FTW!!" which means nothing at all.
Define your requirements and then downselect your coilover.
We usually recommed the BC Racing coilovers over any of the other options, we beleive they offer the best performance and quality for the money. Like locking lower rings, beefier shock bodies, available rubber mounts, and better ride quality.
