Question Need help with rear brakes...

Hey guys I need to replace two of my OEM wheel studs, they broke while removing them. I really dont know how or why the broke but all I need is to replace them now. How can I take the rear brake disc? Any DYI? I have a IS350, Ive only seen 250 DYIs but think they are different disc, right? Need little help...

Thank you in advance,
toHn

broken wheel studs should not keep you from removing the rotor...take the capiler off via the bracket, loosen the parking brake, take the rotor off, and you will see the studs in the hub...just take a hammer and hit the broken studs out the back of the hub...when you get new ones, you can tighten them into the hub using one of the lugnuts (or you can get a special nut for this)...compressed air is really useful for this

I used to break lug studs every once in a while on my Saturn, and I realized that it was because I was using a tire iron...I never broke a lug stud working as a tech with one of my guns...the tire iron puts latteral pressure on the stud causing it to break

Check the back side of the rotor...you can adjust the drum cast parking brake assembly by rotating the star gear round with a flathead screwdriver...round rubber plug needs to be removed...use a flashlight to see in
