Default Suspension seepage

Hi guys...i found one of my rear suspension has leakage...i took my car back to dealer, they check and found seepage on the shock but told me not nessecary to replace at this time. since my car gonna out of warranty soon, can i ask them to replace it for me even they said no need to replace it yet? Thx!!

I was actually reading the guidelines for shock replacement that Lexus put out. Depending on how far down the leaking actually goes, it may or may not be normal. More importantly, if I remember correctly if the leaking goes past the springs, then the leaking is abnormal. Otherwise any type of leaking is normal (or so whatever I read said)
