Suspension package??
I'm looking to buy some lowering springs for my GS, and want to buy some shocks while I'm at it. Does anyone know if they sell a lowering spring and shock package? I wish i could afford coil overs

No one really sells a shock/spring package for our cars. You have to piece them separately.
What is your budget? What drop are you looking for and what kind of ride quality? How much stiffer do you want the car to be?

Generally speaking, there is no such thing as a suspension package for the GS. Years ago there was an L-Tuned shock/spring combination that was sold through Lexus, but those days are long gone. Lots of folks “pair” certain springs and shocks based on what they’re trying to accomplish.
I think if you do your research, use the search function on CL, you’ll find the combination of lowering and comfort you’re looking to achieve be that mild (lowering 1-1.5 inches), aggressive (1.5-2.0 inches), or professional (greater than 2.0 inches). Spring for the GS, regardless of how much they drop your ride, will either be progressive or linear. Shock dampening should be stiffer the lower your car is adjusted. Your spring and shock rates should match to make sure you don’t bottom out or create suspension dynamics you didn’t intend.
Welcome to the site and good luck. There is a wealth of information to be found here using the seearch function.
