Meagan Coils, yay or nay?

Stance is coo but Megans is the better bang for your buck.

both sets of coilovers are very nice. does anyone know anything about the Megan lowering springs? they are supposed to be a 2" drop all the way around. has anyone had these or know anything about them? i'm currently at 1.4" drop with my Eibach sportlines and have been thinking about going lower to Megans for the 2" drop, but am not sure of quality and etc. plus you wouldn't really notice a .6" drop on the car too so i'm not sure about them yet.

Megan Racing springs and paired it with the Tokico HP (blues) shocks. I predicted this combo to be a perfect match for my Hotchkis sways and DD driving. Boy, I was right! The drive is definitely noticeable from the previous set-up.
I don't know if it's the springs and struts together or just the sways being together with the two. The handling is much better. I feel that the sways better suits the megan springs and tokico shocks more than the prokit and oem struts. It's like this whole time I haven't really felt the potential ride with the Hotchkis sways until now. It's a great combo altogether. The ride is firmer with a sportier feel. As for comfort, I honestly feel that this set-up is comfier than OEM. Here's a crappy cell phone pic..

By any chance do you know what size wheels are on the blue IS you posted?
I cant decide whether to go 17" or 18" on the wheels

There's one for sale locally here in WA. Let me know if you want to see the ad.
Specs on profs: 18x9/10 +37 w/ 10mm spacers all around so +27 all around. The tires are Falken 912's 215/35 and 235/35.
I prefer 17s because of ride quality, weight, price, and durability. When you are slammed, 17s look like 18s imo.

Thanks on the specs. Yeah I was leaning towards the 17's for the same reasons as you because I am trying to slam it when I get it
Your wheels on the earlier post are 17's right?

I have the Megan springs....previous set-up was Prokit with OEM struts.

I read your post in the other thread on these springs in Suspension & Brakes. After reading about the fitment issues I have decided to keep my Eibachs. I'm sure they are very nice springs, I just don't want to buy new struts and have to make the springs work. My Eibach sportlines fit to the struts like peanut butter and jelly go together, plus it sits nice. although the Eibach springs are about three times the price of the Megan Springs.
