I have a Lexus IS250RWD and i have recently bought 19inch wheels to install.I had also ordered Tein cs suspension since May and i wanted to put everything on together.The dealer called me yesterday and told me that there was a mistake from Japan and the suspension never get in the container to UK.(The suspension comes to Greece through UK).He told me that i should wait for 2 more months or pay 450$ to send the suspension by plain in 2 weeks to UK and 1 more week to send it to Greece.Why should i pay for this mistake?I send a mail to Tein yesterday and i m waiting for the reply. I dont thing that something will come out though.I m thinking of giving the extra money because i cant wait any more.What do you think?

 

Why can't you wait? I wouldn't pay for for someone else's mistake

 

Why dont you get your money back and try another place? Im pretty sure other places in Greece sell them too?

 

There is one more dealer in Greece but he asks the same money for the suspension as i will give now with this extra and he want put it in the car so i will need more money to finally put the suspension on.I could order the suspension from USA but there want be any guaranty if something will be wrong with it so i don't think i have many options since there s nothing for this car here as it is in USA.Imagine that i manage to get the front GFX kit from USA and it came here after 6months and 400$.It sucks to give so much money for transportation.I could do so many other mods .It sucks!.

Thank you all very much for the replies.The truth is that i m waiting for my first baby to come in a few days.That s the reason i m so angry with the dealer because i made my order since May cause i wanted to install the suspension and the 19is after the baby is born.I have the 19is now with the tires in my garage waiting and i don t want to wait 3 more months for the suspension.That s the reason i m gonna pay this extra money to send the suspension by plain.I hope you all understand.I hope i lived in USA where you have so many options.Unfortunately i don t.Thank you PHRESS2010 for your offer but i wanted to have a sort of warranty for the suspension and i want if i buy it from anywhere else but a local dealer.I m sure i could buy this suspension for much less,The only think i m praying now(except my baby's born)is that the suspension turns out to be good and comfort as i want!
