Dealer refusing to do TSIB update on F sport springs?

I had the spring TSIB done by a dealer that did not install my F-Sports...I installed them myself. I think it depends on the dealer though and how tight you are with service. I have bought several cars from the dealer and they're really good guys. Either way though, you should get them replaced if you're within your 1 year warranty. I haven't throughly read your thread so I don't know if you are, but if you're out of it, I'd say it's a battle you probably won't win due to the warranty attached to the springs. Good luck...I hope they help you out.

so after battling it out with Lexus corporate today on the phone, I called another lexus dealer and explained the situation. They said bring it by, shouldn't be an issue at all. I brought it there and they looked at my car for 5 mins on the lift just to verify I had F sport springs. They brought the car back up front to me and walked me over to the parts dept to order the springs. They ordered them and are going to do the job as soon as they come in, all 100% warrantied.
Unreal how different these dealers can be.

**update
Got my car back from the dealer today with updated springs. And my right rear rim was freshly curbed but I couldnt find one curb between where i dropped it and where the service bay is.
So THEN I leave and I have the same sound!!! Now I'm thinking the sound is coming from underneath my rear decklid. FML
