Default Tire question: Sidewall flex vs. width

I have to get new tires soon on my GS300. Should I go with 215/55/R16 or 225/55/R16? Will the extra 10mm width be worth the extra sidewall flex?

You won't notice the extra sidewall flex, I think.

Sidewall ht of 215 = 118.25 and of the 225 = 123.75mm.
