oh alright, I was actually debating between the two, since pbm's like 5x cheaper, so hm... maybe the extra $$$ would be worth it. alex pfeiffer showed us the collars/bushings at the Pursuit and they seemed pretty dang solid, so maybe I'll go in that direction then. thanks for the info

Battle version ones arenot collars. The pbm ones are. 2 different products. Battle version ones replace the bushings AND space the subframe with one solid machined piece of alum. The pbm COLLARS reinforce the stock bushings and provide some spacing of the subframe. To be honest IMO from my s13 if you aren't a pro and are sliding kinda slow the pbm ones will be fine and on the plus side the pbm ones don't require you to remove the subframe just loosen the bolts so it drops that's why the top collar has a slot in it for the bolt, get it. I'd say for beginers/dd get the pbm. For advanced get the bver ones and plan to hear some noise in the rear.

The pbm ones are one side subframe and one side diff. Thats why they cause noise, your diff is now kinda connected to the body.
Bver ones are all 4 subframe and solid. If you leave your diff mounts stock then it will be a lot less noise then the pbm ones.
I drove drew's car (with the pbm ones installed) into the shop and was like WTF did you do to your car? Sounded like crap but hey, you can install it at home.

the higher price is usually caused by the amount of r&D done for the product. So you just have to get feed back from other people that have used it and come to your own conclusion.
