i understand what he is saying. a good coilover is all around good. it can be adjusted from soft to stiff and to low to high and perform like it needs to at any setting any time. (like they should) but i think no body roll makes for better performance. im just going for reliable and sporty at the moment maybe one day when i get another job i will convert my huge 3500pound car into a "street/track" car and worry about a serious setup but not maybe need their suspension dialed in esp on a street driven car. for now i just want a good steering lexus with rims haha r134 one of these days!

Because you could weld a solid steel rod in place of a shock and the car would not have any "bodyroll".
Drifting is not the best sport to try and mirror a street cars setup after or base an aftermarket coilovers opinion on. Drifters like a rock hard rear setup for easy sliding, that not what you want for any other type of motorsport or street driving.

Some drifters have quite a bit of body roll dialed in. Some feel the need to have no deflection in their suspension, while others are still able to perform with some roll.
I'm personally not a fan of hard as a rock stiff suspension, but I can see why one would want it.

Anyway more details- rode in it again tonight and we played with the settings some more. You can REALLY adjust the hell out of these things. I like that if you want it super stiff you got it. But if you need a cloud ride you can switch it on the fly. On the stiffest setting it's almost bone jarring so if you like to have a stiff ride with the option of something lighter these are solid

argh, im at a toss up between stance's and pbm's. i like how a lot of people with SC's have stance coilovers and there is deff a reason for that but everyone with pbm coilovers online seem to love them and even come from stance gr+ to pbm. hmmmm i will make my ecision next week! i have money now but i must think this over haha
can't knock em until you try them. im leaning more towards pbm's just so i give more reviews on them and im trusting their quality.
