Default poly bushings on rear suspension

so i have the poly suspension pieces for the rear...so do i have to remove the old bushing out of the suspension WITH their metal sleeves around the rubber bushing or do i have to keep the sleeves in similar to the front lower control arms?

I would say leave the sleaves in. You can always cut them out if you dont need them. If you tear them up getting the stock bushing out & you need them, your screwed. I did that once & had to got to a exhaust shop to find just the right size pipe that would work, to make a new sleave.
