I'm not going to rule out the brakes, I'm just making it clear that it happens upon acceleration also. The faster I go the faster the squeaks are. HELP!!
(ps. I would take it to the dealership because my car is CPO, but with aftermarket wheels, suspension, lugs etc.. they will point their fingers straight at those things with out giving it an effort.)

Sounds like something is dragging with the brakes.

it might be your brake caliper spring mike.. i had this issue on my 2GS after the shop installed my suspension.. it should look something like this

it may be called something else.. i just quickly looked it up on google.. not sure if the 2IS has this part but it definitely was the reason for my squeaking on the GS

Might be the brake pad sensor indicator thingy. When the pads get worn down, the thingy touches the rotor and causes that sound, notifying to you that the pads are getting past a certain measurement and need to be replaced.

Thank you guys for all your responses. After doing TONS of research and getting dirty this morning, I have confirmed that it is my brake pads that are almost gone. The noise I am hearing is a sensor put in place to rub very softly on the rotor to alert me that I need to change my pads. In my case it is rotors too.
You two are spot on. Thank you for your help!

its brakes. It can happen when your off the brakes as well because your pad still kind of touches the rotors a tiny bit even when your not hitting the brakes.
To the guy who said your rotors are warped, wtf? lol. Maybe they are, maybe they arent but warped rotors don't make a sound, they cause the brake pedal to pulsate when your on the brakes.
