hey guys,
i'm installing my coilovers right now and for some reason i'm an idiot an used a shorter screw driver to punch out the lower control arm bolt. Problem is, it only went half way through the strut and is lodged in there. I tried jacking the lca up, but it didn't do anything. What should I do?

Disconnect sway bar end link and push down on the lca?

 

Yes disconnect the sway bar. It should be one of the first thing to do.

 

problem fixed thanks. it was the sway bar that needed to be taken out. too bad in the process my hand got pinned between the strut and the lca. Had to yank my hand out and tore a good chunk off my hand
