it could be anything. might be bushings or just camber

If the tires have a ton of feathering, then that's caused by out of spec toe. These cars actually have a very good amount of toe adjustment from the factory built in, but not so much factory camber adjustment. Of course there will always be camber wear on the inner side of the tire over long periods of time from being lowered and out of camber spec(usually a couple thousand miles). However, toe wear will be very quick and apparent. Sometimes you can kill a set of brand new tires in a few hundred miles with out of spec toe settings.
