i think if you didnt have a problem before and now only after the unit change you got this funny brake pulling sensation its most likely the unit.

it cost me $500 for the parts and $50 for labor. it is simple to swap just didn't want to get dirty. i will let it go for $450. im holding it for when my GS3 unit takes a dump. My gs4 is the one with a new 03 unit and BBK. that thing stops on a DIME!!
sorry i cant do it for less but that's the best i can do. I would also have to put it in for you just in case it doesn't work and i need to refund your money. i would not want to sell it and then have someone try to swap parts out out change it for faulty one and then tell me it doesn't work, as i need to see it with my own eyes, hope you understand.( Hopefully you are close by or local)

if money is tight i think your best bet is to try to source a 01 plus unit from your mechanic and have him put it in. the 01 plus unit has a different fluid/oil sensor that has to get swapped out. some say the internal plunger/piston is larger, however i never took it apart, so IDK.

There is a couple of steps also when changing the master when it come to bleeding including bench bleed of the master (u can do this on the car) but im sure your mechanic knows how to do all this.

either way good luck, the GS brake unit is a PAIN in the ***.
