Default Any good Racing Calipers for SC400??

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and just recently purchase a 1994 Lexus SC400 in poor condition. So my goal is to fully restore to perfect condition. I notice there are several aftermarket parts for this vehicle in exception of certain parts like racing calipers. I've been having a hard time finding affordable racing calipers that fits this car. I seen so call universal calipers by Wilwood, SSBC, and US Brake. Any recommendation on what would be the best affordable racing calipers for the SC??

Try the LS400, it 4 pot calipers. They are very cheap and same with LS rotors too. Just search the forums about it.

LS or Supra calipers are very popular upgrades. Search under Brakes and Suspensions with those key words and you'll find what you're looking for. Welcome to CL. Read ALL of the stickies then create new thread later.

Just look up brake components for the MK4 Supra.

Have fun.

you'll need calipers, mounting bolts, rotors, and pads from a 95-00 LS400 only.

if you truly want "racing" brake calipers... theres a set of endless ones for sale in the classifieds. Really doesn't get any better than that.

Thanks for this info I really appreciate it! Its an honor to be a Lexus enthusiast. So pretty much when searching for caliper or brake upgrades I should be looking for those that fit directly for the LS or MK4 supra, right?

Thanks! Are you referring to the classifieds in general or a certain classify site?

He was referring to the Club Lexus Classifieds forum. I think they were on the SC400/SC300 Classifieds forum to be exact.
