UPDATE: after getting help and opinions from everybody i decided to go with BC racing coilovers with a soft spring rate 8/6k because my car does not like NY roads, so to make the bumps and potholes, a little more bareable i went with the softer setup. I will be posting pics soon, I wont be putting them in until March, going to wait till weather(winter ends) settles down cant wait!!

Definately go with BC racing. I love my coils and you can opt for any spring rate setup you want. BTW Circuit, i don't mean to thread jack but i got a quick question. I've got a set of BC racing coilovers i've had on my car for about 5 months now. 12k/10k spring rates, and they are a little soft for my liking even at full stiff. I wish i would have gone with higher spring rates. What are my options at this point?
soft suspension sucks

On that set up Bippy147 On my way home I would brake my back and definitely brake something else lol, that set up would just be to harsh for me, I hope that the car will handle better at higher speeds, it should right?
