Nope, Just sock as can be! Not even a fender roll.

It was back on the old server; can we still check archives from the other server? I'll keep searching to find it.

Thats about the widest you can go for that size rim. Your offset plays a big role too. Saying wether or not it will work is impossible, unless you give the offset.

im running a 295/35/18 on an 18"x11" wheel on the rear of my car, no rub, no fender mods.

i would have ran a wider tire, but thats the largest my tire sponsor has... and you cant argue with free tires

dohc3l,

i forget the offset, i measured everything myself and ordered the rims in the offset i needed. i made the calculations with a set of TEIN coilovers installed on the car. at the time of wheel installation i had the eibach/tokico temporarily installed and they were about 3 mm off. i now have another set of coilovers and they sit perfect. ill post some pictures.

Default Need help.. offset+tire sizes 18X9's 35mm offset

Killer... After shaving your fenders, does the tires still almost hit the fender? Also where did you get it done it? or was it a DIY? If so mind sharing what you used?

Hey.. I need some help here.. Ohh.. Before that, I wanted to say you got one hell of a nice Lexus out there.. I love the rims..that deep dish look is beautiful. Anyhow, I'm currently driving a 97 lexus sc.. same color as yours.. I just bought some 18X9 all around with a 35 mm offset. I do have 4 18 tires in my garage.. Sizes are 275-40-18's, and the other is 245-45-18.. Is there a possibility these would fit?

I PMed you. Anyone with info on the widest rim/wheel combo on a 1" drop SC300 would be welcomed. Please reply only if you know for sure and have done the mod.

Thx

shave off the 1 inch lip in your rear wheel well.and get 275/30/19 wont rub and you could drop the car so that it covers the tire. . you might want to consider getting 18's, so that you could get more of a selection of tires in wide azz sizes...not too much of a selection in 19's

275s are too small. I was thinking at least 305s. I am not worried about finding tires, just rubbing.
