Coilovers and Camber kits
Hey guys, I was looking to buy Coilovers.
The megan ones to be exact (Ez or LP)
and i was wondering if I needed like a Camber kit, Camber control arm, Toe Control arm, Stuff like that?
And do you guys have anything information that would be useful to know when installing Coils?
THANKS!

Installing coils on our cars is the easiest I have ever done on any car. Really simple. Depending on what offset and wheel size your going to be running will determine if you need a camber kit. Im pretty sure they only sell the rear camber for out cars. For the same price of the Megan LP, you can get the BCR Coils and they are wayyyyy better. Talk to CircuitMS in the vendor section, he will set you right

If you order the Megan camber kit you will also need the Megan upper control (traction) arms. Possibly the toe arms as well depending on how much negative camber you're at now. I installed just the camber arms last week and was not happy to realize I would have to drop another $200-400 on arms to acheive proper camber adjustment. The is 300 spc ball joints worked great on the fronts though!

Uh, yeah, it has been verified first hand. If you just use the camber arm for adjustment the hub will pivot on the connection point of the upper traction arm causing toe in. It's true that the factory toe adjustment arm will be able to compensate for a small amount of toe, but if you need that small of a camber adjustment then you probably didn't need to adjust camber in the first place.

I wouldn't buy a camber kit for the rears..you would need front before rears. My is250 is on some spings and I need tires after 15,000 miles or so. And No my car isn't slam. My fronts wears down really fast.

I highly recommend getting the spc ball joints. They're kind of a pita to install but so worth it.
