Jacko, there are a few different ways you can paint your calipers.. I used G2 Caliper paint, which is applied with a brush (that's supplied), and the removal of the caliper isn't necessary.. Then you can use a aerosol caliper paint with this you have a choice, you can either take off the Caliper to paint it or you can mask everything up and paint it that way.. If I were you I'd use the G2 Caliper Paint.. Do a search, you'll definitely find what your looking for..

Nice. Good idea (paint brush and lacquer or G2), Thanks. Any ideas on what to do to clean up the rust on the rotors? People suggested painting em silver. Dont know if that would look good. And wouldnt the paint rub off really quickly?

Well, you'll need a steel bristle brush to loosen the rust then the G2 paint comes with a caliper cleaner that you spray on... Very simple...
