it says the springs will accommodate oem shocks just fine, but is it better to get the f-sport shocks along the springs?

if you are thinking of getting the F-Sport springs, do yourself a favor and get the F-Sport shocks too. I was running on OEM springs/shocks with F-Sport wheels, ride quality was bad, but after dropping with F-Sport springs/shocks, ride quality is much better.

That's a good question, and I have never thought of comparing the weight between them when I had the chance. However, I believe the major difference is the F-Sport shock rides better than the OEM shocks when dropping on F-Sport springs and running on F-Sport 19" wheels as it is designed for our car.

I did both, and am very happy with the results.

If you're thinking about doing the shocks, now's the time cause the labor is basically free, since you have to separate the shocks from the springs anyway for the switch.
