Does anyone know if there's a difference between the is 250 and 350 rear brake assembly? Or are they the same?

Different 12.2 compared to 11.4 on the 250
and the 350 has vented vs the 250 solid.

Yes, I have the 350 front break assembly and was curious if it would be a good idea to upgrade the rear as well.

Wouldn't hurt and I might do the swap as well. I checked sewell and its looks like the same caliper for the 250 and 350. Could just be as easy as getting the 350 rotors but that seems it would be to easy. I'm gonna see if I can figure out more info.
