Rolled fenders or stock springs?

can't you just run some camber in the front?
I'm in a similar boat right now. I have dyna's with teh 235's up front, and i'm putting on coils this weekend. I'm thinking now I may have to roll my fenders? i really don't want to fork over 500$ for new tires up front, especially when they're at like 80%.
@Sffd103, were you running 235's up front without rub after fender rolling? I'm not running spacers.

I know you asked Sffd this, but for me, even after fender rolling and some camber adjustment, it still rubbed bad over bumps and dips.

not to jack this thread, but im tryin to pull the trigger on my wheels/tires this week. Think it'd be safe to go 235/35/20 with a +45 wheel, or should i just go 225?(plan on tein s-tech or h&r springs)

2. it would help if you spell out the rest of your wheel specs. (+45 offset on what? 20x8? 20x9? 20x10?)
3. there's a thread for 2is owners to ask if their wheels will fit. please search for said thread and post your questions there. make sure to include all pertinent information in said thread.

1. try running 30-series tires. 35-series tires are too tall for 20" wheels.

This post is scaring me too. I just ordered Forgestar F14 19x8.5 +35 and 19x10 +42 by the recommendation of the people at Forgestar. They told me I should be able to run 235/35/19 front and 275/30/19 without issue. EDIT: they did tell me to run Falken, Toyo, or Nitto. Maybe the BFG have larger sidewalls?
What confuses me is I was going to buy the H&R spring kit but from the specs it lowers MORE than the pro-kit. Am I going to have a lot of issues? I thought the pro-kit (by the pictures in the main thread) was the least lowering of them? I am just trying to make my car look good.. I don't want it to be dropped so low I rub and have issues just driving around.
Thanks for any input

This scares me too. I ordered the Linea Corse Dynas in the IS 350 sizes. I ordered Continental DWS in 235 35 19 and 275 30 19 from discount tire. Zoeb said there should be no problem with rubbing except for doing the heat gun modification to the front fenders. The Discount tire guys told me also there should not be a problem. I was going to switch to 225 35 19 and 265 30 19 but they said not to worry. I am recently lowered on fsport springs. I will update when I have them installed the end of this week or early next week. Wish me luck.

Also, the F Sport drop isn't super aggressive so you should be good

I was not worried about the rear at all. Just a little worried on the front with the 28 offset. Seems like most people are saying a mid 30 offset is safest. Especially with the pictures on page two of this thread.

I have new Dyna's waiting for tires, but I'm dropped on H&R, which is a bit more aggressive than Eibach or F-Sport springs. My plan it to go 225/35/19 and 275/30/19. Actually, I'm still deciding on if the rear should be 275/30 or 265/30.
Just from AZ JB's experience, a slightly narrower front tire should solve the majority of the rubbing issue. If not, you will probably need to heat the fenders and relocate the fender tab (maybe).
TREE and dmk08: keep us posted on how things turn out once the wheels/tires are installed.

I have not lowered my car yet so I think i'll go with the Eibach Pro kit as I don't want to be super aggressive and i'll probably have less problems with rubbing. I didn't see "F Sport" springs in the normal thread.. do they drop more or less than a pro kit?
Also what I don't get is my car looks as low as the cars with Ebiach in the suspension thread. I know my car does not have aftermarket springs but is it possible for a 350 to come with something lower from the factory? 2007 350 with only 38000 miles so i wouldn't think it's just wear.

I am getting a slight rubbing on the fender liner. Not bad though. Gonna use a heat gun tomorrow on the liners and push them in a little bit. No rubbing at all on the fenders front or back even after hitting some good size dips. Hopefully the heat gun does the trick.

It looks like the heat gun on the fender liners is all I needed. Rubbing on the liners is almost completely gone. Took a couple pretty fast corners to check it and just heard a slight rub on the drivers side. I'll give it a few days and maybe go back and heat gun some more but all looks good for now.
