Default members who have BC Coilovers, I need some adive!!!

Okay I am planning on getting coilovers soon. And I have been looking at the BC coilovers. Now the only problem that I have encounter, is what spring rate should I get? I would like to have some comfort in the ride where it is not painful to ride on the road. And I am planning on going low after I shave the fenders and stretch the tires. So for those who have them, please tell me which spring rate you picked and the overall ride of the coils.
Thanks guys

I just installed mine and I got the softest setting with 8K/6k and the ride is still pretty harsh, but I love it then again I live in NY and the roads are awful, so if ur roads are ok u can settle for something a little stiffer like maybe a 14k

Just installed mine too but i've got the 10K/8K on mine and for me it drives perfect not to sporty at all just a bit stiffer then the stock shocks with Tanabe DF210's that were on. On the scale of 0-30 i drive at 8 and that's where the BCR set came on. The only problem i have is that the BCR set go's lower then i can drive in Europe.

i already went through the same dilema you are going through right now if you want to go flush and low you have to go stiff so stay with the stock BC spring rates they arent bad, i have them on my sc and they ride nice on 20 clicks 30 being the stiffest.

I got 8k/6k setup with 27 clicks on 19's on low profile tires 35 fronts and 30 rears. Running @ 42 PSI, rides smooth.

I went with 12k front/10k rear and I've been pretty happy with them. I had them on the stiffest setting for a couple months and it was nice and firm, but tended to skip over rough road surfaces. I then had them on the softest setting and they were only slightly underdamped for my spring rates. About 10 clicks from softest seem to be the best compromise. I have been happy with them for the price. The quality of damping is not very good, but since they don't make KW variant 3s for our cars that I know of I figured I'd settle for a decent bargain pair and have been fairly pleased. They have a very nice fit and finish to them and look good.
