Since I've started paying very close attention to it I can hear two different distinct sounds.
1) The clunk going over bumps. Which, to me, seems like its caused by the shock moving from the dead spot then "catching" again which is making the clunking noise
2) The sounds of the spring creaking and the typical spring noise.
The noise in the video was closer to the clunking noise. I just hope BC sends me a new coilover.

You may have a bad shock, in which case BC will take care of you

Even if they were not bought directly from BC? I have emailed the pictures and videos to BC, but I haven't heard back yet.

Big ups to BC Racing.
Just got off the phone with them and they are going to send me a new shock body. Once that gets installed I will update with the result.
Side note: does anyone have a diagram how the coilover is supposed to be assembled? (Mainly the top portion)

How you take disassemble it is the way you put it back. It's not that hard.

I understand that its just reverse. But if something goes wrong or something of that nature I would like to see how it is supposed to go. A diagram would show that.

The shock body came today. I won't be able to work on it until Monday. Will post the results then.

We should meet up to see if its the same that I was experiencing.
Try all the things listed earlier in the thread first.
