Default Lowering route decided but now I need some opinions.

I decided to go with TT shocks/struts and TT springs on my 92 sc300. I started my new job so I will be doing this all fairly soon. My question is what struts do you all suggest? Ive seen KYB GR2 sets for about $200 and I was wondering what shock/spring TT combo everyone was running. Thanks all! PS. Im looking for some reliable struts otherwise I would have ordered the KYB's already.

if i was goint o do this man i would do coils i understand u might be on a budget but is better to do it right the first time ask the guys around here that bought megans cause they thought they were getting a deal turns out they end up selling the megans for stances and so on. lowering springs to me are just a waist of money

Not entirely on a budget I have gone over the coilover thoughts before. I was actually wanting the Ksport pro's but people have told me not to but ive heard that about every brand of car part before too.

How are springs and struts crap? If ur on a budget they ride quite well and comparable to good coilover setups. A aftermarket spring and strut combo rides sporty and if temporary will be a well worth mod or upgrade. If ur getting coilovers, dont get anything less that Stances right? So if u cant afford that, ur setup is way worse IMO than springs and gr2. Less moving and adjustable parts. Spring and strut, the end it works like on most racing suspension.

Go for Stance coilovers. In the long run, it's what you'll want to run, might as well do it right the first time.
