Okie just installed my BC coils on my 250rwd, I went with the 9kg front and 7kg rear and the ride feels almost just like my f-sport springs setup.. I'm at about 8 clicks from stiff on the front and 6 clicks front stiff on the rear.. no fender mods and only rubs when going up hills at an angle...
For those of you who want a starting point.. I went with 3.37" on the driver front, 2.87" on the passenger front, and 1.87" on both rears.. This is measured from the bottom of the small spring preload ring to the top of the ring that holds the height adjustment. After about 600 miles of driving here are the pics..

Also my coilovers are the rubber mount, These coilovers dont come with adjustable pillow mount for the 2nd Gen IS.. I got a megan camber arm on the rear and the SPC adjustable ball joint for the front.. The car was aligned when the Fsport springs were installed with the adjustable camber.. I have yet to get the car aligned after the coilover install.. But once I install my new wheels next week and do a little fender work I will take it back to the alignment peeps..
