Default My new SC430

Just got an 03 SC430 sweet car so far but I wanted to get all you guys input on what are the best mods for this car to get. It will be a daily commuter and weekends to the beach so I am not looking to make this thing super fast I already got a car for that. Just wondering what kinds of mods that will help make the car more enjoyable but keep it smooth.

For instance I feel that the car could use a strut tower brace. What do you guys say about this. Does it improve the ride quality when top is down. Does it make the ride harsher or louder?

What else do you guys recommend for a daily driver?

Thanks

pics or it didnt happen. strut bar will hardly make any difference.. ALL suspension mods will make your car harsher and louder. I suggest bigger sway bars

i'd try the sc430 section, as we broke sc300/400 people probably won't have the answer to that.

(but strut bar has nothing to do w/ the ride quality. in theory, it's supposed to keep your struts from moving about, increasing handling, but in practice, it's usually only a marginal difference, especially if the strut tower is close to the firewall)

yea post in the 430 section but just letting you know daizen no longer makes aftermarket sways for the 430... you can get the front sway from a GS though thats about it...if your rolling on the stock run flat tires switching to non RFT is the biggest best mod on this car RFT ride quality really hold this car back...im running hankook ventus v12s on staggard is250 wheels...i also recommend staggard wheels since this is a RWD car.
