I have a IS250 AWD on 19's. Why is there a difference between AWD springs and RWD springs. Is H&R a quality spring? Will I experience rubbing or vibrations running on 19's with only changing the springs. What other manufacture of springs would you recommend? My car sits up high.

I don't know the difference between awd and rwd springs, but they aren't interchangeable. You have to stick with something that indicates it is for awd. H&R is a good name. I think Eibach is really the maker of F Sport, so it's really good.
AWD cars sit higher so you can cut through the snow. Lowering it seems like it would be counter to its' purpose, but definitely would look nicer.
