The Flex is replacing many HA kits along with the cheaper SS kits. The Flex offers many advantages over the older HA's. Number one they have standard upper mounts. Secondly, they have an anti-seize coating on the shock threads to prevent seizing. Thirdly and most importantly, they allow stroke adjustment so you can match the preload to the ride height and maintain suspension travel when lowered. Overall, I'd say if you want comfort go for the CS which also cut weight a great deal since they are alluminum. If you want handling go for the Flex. Much nicer and crisper handling along with the option of going EDFC for in cockpit control of the shock dampening.

Right now I am running 8/6 like henry was running and I like how it rides. My car is drop about 2.5 inches on 19's, and the car handles like it is on rails. I'll admit, the ride isn't like stock, the floating feeling is all gone, and car feels A LOT more stable. I am thinking about getting the EDFC for mine because I am always changing the settings around here in LA depending on which Freeway I am thinking about traveling on.
