Have you looked into the dustless ones? You can get them from sewell.

Lexus TSIB for brakes if not done already. I believe only for the 06-09 models. Its for new pads that are supposed to help with excessive dust.

you could also put some collinite 845 on your wheels after cleaning and claying them. It seals the clearcoat so the brake dust won't stick as easily and will be easier to wash off as well

+1 for getting the TSIB pads. The difference in brake dust is dramatic.

Lexus issued a tsib with new oem pads, free under warranty to anyone who complained about excessive front brake dust

If you're out of warranty they're not free but still available for purchase and it's a night and day difference far as the dust goes

How's braking feel with the TSIB pads? I like the feel of the original pads and would be a little sad if the low-dust pads don't bite as well.

^ There is less "bite." The stopping distance will of course be unaffected though. I actually like the newer, anti-dust pads.

Yup... you get more "room" to modulate braking force when stopping at less than maximum deceleration... versus the very "on/off" feel of the high-dust pads.

I have to admit that I for one don't like the dustless brake pads. There's almost no real bite, and frankly it's more than annoying. They came with my IS350 brake upgrade, off a brand new car.

The stopping distance is to say the least around the same, although the bigger calipers give you the "feel" impression, my IS250 oem brakes stopped the car at a slightly shorter distance. Of course this would change on repeated stops with the bigger brakes, not so much with the dustless pads though. They're quite useless at high demand braking.

No bite = to more episodes of ABS, with the high dust pads I was able to slow down and modulate a lot better. It honestly bothers me the effect it has on my braking. Although they will stop the car in the same distance as any others, for all other purposes slowing down is just pointless.

I was so dissapointed with the feel of them that I almost ordered some Carbotech XP10's to make it up. I will be ordering some StopTech pads or EBC pads. Something with a bite, dust never phased me.

See that's exactly the opposite of my experience.

The high dust pads are terrible if you want to modulate the braking... they're an on/off switch. You have a choice of not braking or a LOT of braking.

The low-dust pads allow a much greater range of braking to take place with the pedal.

Stopping distance is of course exactly the same because the pad doesn't have any impact on it.

I'll concur with you on that point...with these high-dust pads I don't like the lack of ease in modulating, although for me the issue is really only for that last 5-0mph where I like to make a "limo stop." The high dust pads are kind of grabby in that region and make make you bop your head into your seat for those last five miles an hour, which also doesn't bode well for creeping in traffic. For braking around the ~50+mph (non-performance driving), I like how they feel, but then again I haven't spent much time around high(er) performance cars to know what "good" brakes feel like.
