Default Looking for new braking system

I have a stock 08 is 250 and looking for a new braking system.

I want slotted rotors, painted calibers and good pads, any suggestions with out spending an too much money?

Hmm...

Are you going stick with the original IS250 calipers and painting it. If so, it would like very awkward with slotted rotors. IS250 calipers are small and will look strange with slotted or drilled rotors.

I would upgrade to at least IS350 calipers for front and painting it. That way, it at least seems more reasonable with a semi-BBK and slotted rotors. IS350 calipers are still cheaper than the BBK, and you can often find nice deals on it in classified section.

For paint, I suggest using G2 Caliper Paint kit and then slap on a nice Lexus decal.

Someone can chime in a brand of rotor and pads. I did a quick search and saw EBC makes slotted/drilled rotors for about $325 and rear for $225.

I like that look, but it's gonna cost an arm/leg/... ... and private parts to afford F-Sport BBKs. I believe the OP doesn't want to spend too much money. He/she still wants arms and legs.
