So I tried to save some money and go to a toyota dealership to get my break pads done on my IS350. I asked for the "low dust break pad since the stock ones give off a lot of dust." The service person didn't completely sound like they new what I was talking about but said "oh yea, we'll put the pads on there that don't make dust." So I get home and look up the parts number they installed and it's 04465-30410....the old dust making pad. My question is do I have a right to complain and get them replaced? I guess I should have specifically looked up the part number and made sure they used the right one. Also, maybe I just should have gone to a lexus dealership instead of trying to save money? Is it my own fault?

Yes. You should tell them you want the tib pads. It should be green pads for gs430, 300
