Angry Car "Wiggles" At High Speed

Good god this is driving me insane.

I've gone through alignment after alignment and replaced EVERY component in the front end.

The car wants to "wiggle" at higher speeds and by that I mean at 80 MPH it feels like I'm being blown back and fourth by Cross Winds at it's dangerous feeling sometimes.

New Inner & Outer Tie Rods
New UCA
New LCA
New Sway Bar End Links
New Sway Bar Bushings
New Steering Rack Bushings

Everything was torqued and re-torqued to spec.

I'm looking for ideas on what could be causing it...is it a shop issue (the ones doing the alignment?)

Here's the latest alignment:

There is no vibration in the car at these speeds so I wouldn't assume wheel balance but I just had another friend locally say he had the same issues. I'm wondering if the wheels might have lost a few weights now.

Which bushings are you referring to? Everything looks 100% ok in the back from what I can tell, no cracking or separating.

If you get into seriously odd balancing issues, it can be a good thing to go ahead and pay the upgraded cost for a "Road Force" balance which tests for balance as the wheel is loaded/compressed with weight (as opposed to free spinning). Hunter makes the machines I think.

The tires were road force balanced last time. Ugh

Going today to redo them

Tire Balance was off, it seems to have fixed it except the wind is blowing hella-hard today. ugh

I also noticed that a brace for the LCA is missing on the left hand side (ironically where it feels like it wiggles). I found a new brace and nuts, I never stopped and thought maybe it was supposed to be on both sides. D'oh.

I am assuming you're referring to the rear LCAs; I can't recall any "brace" on the fronts

No, there is an arm that connects the FRONT sub-frame (not the engine cradle, where the LCA bolts into) to the LCA bolts.

Replaced Inner Tie Rod
Balanced
Alignment

All seems ok after that, it's still Windy but I took the tech up to 100 MPH on the interstate to demonstrate what was going on lol.

I had an inner tie rod that had a pop when checking for play, the other side was fine. It wasn't until after the re-balance and alignment was it ok.

And even then I can't tell for 100% sure as there are tornado speed winds out right now.

I actually have the same problem; been noticing excessive tire wear on my rear passengerside tire also.

See, I didn't have any excessive wear on any of my tires. That's the weird part.
