Default ride quality with fsport springs

Hello everyone im new here and was looking into installing some springs to slightly drop my car. I was looking at the fsport springs and was wondering hows the ride quality compared to stock? I like the dropped look of the car but wouldnt want to sacrifice the sweetness of driving a lexus what are the differences, if any between the two? also some before and after pics.

sorry if this is a repost but tried looking for this in the forum and could not find it. Thanks!

You will get a little stiffer ride.

Stiffer as in when you go over a bump, you're gonna feel it a bit more than with the stock springs on. I've only had them on a couple of days and you can tell the difference but it's not out of control at all.

I don't know of what the stock setup is necessarily like, but I have FSport shocks/springs and I feel like it rides really nice for a lowered vehicle. Just know that the FSport stuff isn't going to lower it very much, and if you want a more complete effect performance wise an oversized rear sway bar should also be added.

+1. I also have the Fsport shocks and springs and it feels sturdier than stock but definitely still comfortable. If you can afford it, I'd recommend getting both because the Fsport springs with stock shocks felt a bit wobbly to me at times.

im interested in a conservative drop too, but for the price of fsport springs+shocks you could buy BCR coilovers. OR you can buy Megan EZ coilovers with a couple hundred left over. I think im going with BCR. But yea if Fsport was cheaper id def be doing that

You should look into Tein H-Tech's. Designed more for comfort and gives same drop as the FSport springs.

I would go for the Tein Htechs I lowers the car a little bit and rides better and comfort remains.

When we assume that stock is 100%comfort, the teins should score 90-95% for comfort.

I've got the Fsport front rear sway bar aswell.. OEM sport versions of some carmakers are a lot stiffer than mine with Teins and swaybars.

I went F-Sport because I heard Tein started to sag in the rear and got bouncy after a while.

No problem, I was just as clueless a year back lol. Basically coilovers replace the springs AND shocks. They do the same thing as a setup like f sport spring+shocks, however it is better because it allows you to adjust the ride height to whatever you like. From extremely low to the floor to back to stock height. Many people with coils lower their car during warmer months and raise it up during winter. This is why many ppl say just skip the springs and go for coils, they are much more user friendly. And many get disappointed with the drop of Fsports. I personally think its fine.
