Adjustable Sway Bar End Links

So just a bump. After deciding not to go with OEM ones, I purchased battleversion ones. Now, I've read around that the car must not be lifted into the air, but driven onto racks so that when installing these, the entire weight of the vehicle is accounted for. I figured I'd take the measurement of my stock endlinks, and adjust the BV ones to that, and maybe make them a bit shorter for a bit more tension? Or is this incorrect? Please correct me if I am wrong! Also, do I need to account for weight of me +1 passenger? I read that as well and it seemed very extreme...

Can I get a hottub! Bump. Anyone who has done this install have any helpful pointers? Or is what I described above decently correct? They just arrived and I'm pretty sure I should install them asap as my OEM ones are making a lot of noise..I think I fouled them up when installed my coils...

Yeah, you want them the same length on both sides.
Your thinking that by making them longer or shorter that they will change something, naw man they just change where the sway bar sits but thats never been a problem with our cars.
If you have one side long and one side short, then it puts load on your suspension like your already in a turn and you dont want that.
By having the end links adjustable, you are able to adjust that load (if your car or something on your suspension is bent then you have that side load as well).
But to do it you would need to corner balance the car so its on a level surface. What your trying to do is put them in without having to push on it to put the bolts in. With the car at the ride height, you put one side on, then adjust the other side till the bolt slides in easily and your done.

From the dead, but instead of getting the heims, couldn't you just cut the stock end link, thread it, then use a threaded stock to adjust for length? Sounds pretty ghetto, but I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work.
