Sure you did Rockero JK The JDM way would be to switch em around but do it however you think looks good

Looking good, Rock..Flex is definately the way to go. I got mine installed Friday evening/night then drove 400+ miles to Fremont Saturday morning. I had plenty of time to play with the setting during the drive.

My impression: softest setting, comparable to the LSportline suspension I had before, just a bit harsher. I settled for 14/14 for freeway driving...offered a soft enough ride and a very sporty feel.

I also drove around the city of San Jose playing with the setting. There are some terrible streets up there:eek: I found anything harder than 8/8 almost unbearable. Back home where the streets are better, I drove around at 4/4 in relative comfort.

Thanks for your input..... I will adjust mine a bit more than. I am currently at 8 in the rear and 4 in the front. Do you recommend going to zero in front and 4 in the rear??? Is this a good setting if I want the soft ride.. closest to stock??

4 in the rear might still be a little stiff, if you want close to stock, I would say around 2 in ther rear. The best thing to do is to just play around with the setting until you find what is comfortable for you. I found the softest setting was a little too soft for me...I went to clicks harder and found it about perfert.

try NOT to set the rears any stiffer than the front. in fact you should have the rear set softer than the front, for handling purposes. stiffer rear will make the car tail spin more easily, so unless you want your car to drift easily do not make the rear too stiff

No kidding. Driving around up there, I was thinking maybe I made a mistake getting coilovers, but after getting back home where the roads are decent, I'm sure that I did the right thing.

hahhaa....... well in LA try to get on 405 or 10, and stay at the fast lane, you will find yourself jumping up and down too on that uneven surface for me, around here it's just a matter of finding the right road and lane to ride on, i always try to avoid the fast lane and it's pretty good. but on local it's a different story
