Question for 2011 F-Sports that are lowered!
Any of you lowered on springs only? Are the 2011 F-sport stock springs/shocks different from the non f-sports? I'm thinking about lowering in the future and I'm not sure if I should get springs(if I cheap out) or coils(when I save up).
Thanks in advance!

The F-sport aftermarket springs are progressive rather than linear and have 1" and 0.8" drop respectively- the F-sport aftermarket shocks are different as well (though no shock will really "correctly" work for any progressive spring, which is one of the problems with progressive springs- just some will be less bad than others)

I have a 2011 IS350 F-Sport lowered on H&R Sport Springs. They are a bit more stiff than the F-Sport package springs. If you just want a mild drop, lowering springs are OK, which is why I ended up not getting coilovers. Coilovers cost more but do allow you to make adjustments unlike springs.

What is better h&r or Tien S Techs regarding drop look and which one of these are going to be better with the new 2011 F Sport suspension as far as wear on the stock suspension?

uh oh, not the Tein vs. H&R question again..lol, alot of people have their own opinions but these 2 brands springs for the IS250..their probably equally good and its really just a matter of personal preference, if you search the forums you have some members who swear by either brand...i would personally go with tein s-techs, ive had them installed on a few of my previous ride and have no complaints. i would get them for my IS but the drop is not low enough for me. goodluck.
