Rotors worn thin- recommendations for replacement?
My pads look fine but my rotors are so worn that it looks like they may crack. My main concern with replacement is stopping power. Should I just call the dealer and replace them with stock (pretty happy with current performance) or should I move on from stock? If so, what should I buy?

The OEM ones will stop you in exactly the same distance as a $3000 BBK will. Any brakes that can engage ABS will, and "more power" is completely wasted.
(if you'd like to know more about the physics of why that's so, and why a car that is run on the street will see no benefit from "better" rotors but a track car might see benefit from other rotors, but not for their stopping power, see here

Anyway, OEM will be fine, check Sewell for pricing... you can probably go a few bucks less and get OEM replacement blank centric rotors from rock auto and they'll work exactly as well though.

So would it be a bad Idea to just go down to autozone and buy the duralast rotors for 30 bucks a piece? I Don't want to pay the dealer $180 per rotor but I don't want to sacrifice performance.

I'm assuming you're talking front rotors?
Sewell get just north of $180 for a pair of them...
Duralast are $81.99 each at autozone.
At least according to their website

$198 for the pair for a 350, $190 for the 250
Rock auto has the centric premium blank rotors for $69.79 each, so $139.58 for the pair... (and you can often find a 5% off coupon for rock auto online) if you want a bit cheaper.
I suspect your local autozone looked up the wrong car, because as I mentioned online they charge almost 3x as much for that part. Certainly if they'll give you the correct part for $30 you should buy it.
In fact you should buy as many as they'll sell you since you'd resell all of them online for twice the price and still be giving people a bargain.
